We believe we are the only balance bikes company to be issued a Utility patent as opposed to a design patent. Whats the difference, picture a Coke bottle that has the swirl design on the neck. That is a design patten the bottle itself is the utility patten. So Design is look and Utility is function. Its taken over 4 years to get this and at quite a cost but we believe it truly separates us from all the other balance bikes on the market.
