We’re sorry, but we cannot gift box our bikes. The bike arrives in a plain, brown box with the Glide Bikes name on it.
How do I return a bike?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase; there is a 15% re-stocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Glide Bikes reserves the right to inspect the product for damage. Submit an email contact form for return instructions. If purchasing early for the upcoming Holiday the return window will extend 30 days from December 25, 2014.
How do I return a bike that is defective? How do I file a Warranty Claim?
Glide Bikes warrants all parts against manufacturer defects. To file a claim, simply fill out an email Warranty Claims Form and submit to us.
